Our experience with United has been a pleasure. From initial call of A/C issues to completion of work all involved were great to deal with. Office to Field Response personnel were all understanding, experienced and willing to to engage. Response time is incredible in today's day in age, from time of call, initial response to on site (Glen) was less than 5 hours and 100% repair completed in less than 24. Field Service Techs Tyrone Miller and Marco were both respectful, knowledgeable and talented in their fields. Tyrone was exceptional in responding to our questions with knowledge/experienced easy to understand answers. Craftsmanship was also great with attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you all for the great work and getting us back on line!!
