Hiring Customer Service Rep

Daily office job duties include:

• Full-time work week. Mon-Fri from 11am-8pm.
• Answering incoming calls from customers.
• Confirming and scheduling service calls.
• Dispatching calls to ac technicians.
• Tracking and communicating with technicians on calls.
• Filing invoices and assisting office manager.
• Maintaining a clean office environment.

• Proficient in computers (Windows).
• Must be very organized and self-motivating.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be detail oriented and organized

• Data entry and typing skills.
• Experienced with answering phones.
• Great customer service skills.
• Must have a pleasant & professional voice.
• Must speak English clearly.
