Daily office job duties include:

• Full-time work week. Mon-Fri from 11am-8pm.
• Answering incoming calls from customers.
• Confirming and scheduling service calls.
• Dispatching calls to ac technicians.
• Tracking and communicating with technicians on calls.
• Filing invoices and assisting office manager.
• Maintaining a clean office environment.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in computers (Windows).
• Must be very organized and self-motivating.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.

• Must have a pleasant & professional voice.

Duties Include:

• Installing residential air conditioning units.
• Installing light commercial air conditioning units.
• Installing compressors, coil, motors, etc.
• Residential ductwork installations.
• Commercial ductwork installations.
• Repairing residential air conditioning units.
• Repairing commercial air conditioning units.

Qualifications:

• 4 years verifiable experience in residential Installations
• Must pass in-house test.
• Valid drivers license
• Epa certified
• Team player – hard work ethics
• Drug free environment
• Clean cut appearance
• MUST Be very professional and organized
• Must speak English CLEARLY
